Yes. We regularly work in Denver homes built in the 1920s and 1930s. Older duct systems sometimes have non-standard sizing or layouts, but our process adapts to what is there. Jake will assess the system before he starts and let you know if anything is unusual
Carpet cleaning is $125 per room. A room counts as up to 150 square feet, and staircases count as one room. We have a $500 service minimum on carpet cleaning. We measure each room when we arrive and round down to the nearest area.
We move standard furniture as part of the service. For very heavy pieces like large entertainment units or beds, it helps to move those ahead of time if possible.
We ask that an adult be present when we arrive and when we finish. You do not need to be there the entire time, but someone should be available at the start to walk through the home and at the end to confirm the work.
